About us
Force has been serving clients for over 26 years with 3 generations of builders. As a full service construction company, we are the company that clients need for projects from start to finish. We are the designers, engineers, and builders. The owners carry discipline state licenses in Engineering and Building and have decades of experience to bring to the design table. You gain the simplicity of having one company in the design phase of your project all the way through building and completion. This approach allows us to streamline the process of building.
Coordinating an architect, builder, and engineer to complete a project can be a very long and stressful process, especially when accounting for complex site constraints and existing structures. With us, make building a little less stressful and a lot more productive.

justin giorlando
Owner/Principal Engineer
Justin is a focused leader who works with industry professionals and homeowners alike to help their vision become reality. He believes there is a balanced solution to solve any problem and, with the right touch, keep everyone happy. From the suburbs on the east coast to the tropical rain forests dotted in the Pacific, Justin has expertly managed construction projects for both public and private stakeholders. Justin's experience ranges from residential site work to multi-million dollar contracts involving many disciplines.
Justin graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BS in Civil Engineering and an MS is Transportation & Urban Engineering. He served five years in the US Navy as a Civil Engineer Corps Officer, over six years at the CT Department of Transportation as a designer and project manager, and consults with the Town of Easton on Land Use and Planning matters. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Connecticut with over 12 years of experience in residential, governmental, and military projects and operations.
david giorlando
Owner/Construction Director
David’s immeasurable experience gained through the construction of countless custom homes and a number of commercial buildings allow him to provide great insight into every aspect of the company. Along with overseeing company operations and direction, David's most important roles include maintaining positive client relationships and acquiring work.
David graduated from Principia College with a BA in Economics and Business Administration. He is a SC and CT Licensed Builder, Inspector, and Septic Systems Installer. Additionally, he is a SC Licensed Master Electrician.
